Qualifications

• Must obtain insurance licenses prior to starting.
• Pass CRD/FINRA background check at hire and ongoing.
• Se securities licensing required within 24 months of entry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in local metro area.
• Holds valid U.S. driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop holistic financial advisory skills for clients.
• Sell Individual Insurance products and build a financial practice.
• Grow prospecting through networks, events, and social media.
• Obtain in-depth understanding of product offerings and benefits.
• Manage content, proposals, and paperwork flow through field and Home Office.
