Canyon Creek Financial LLC is seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to connect with local business owners in person, present supplemental insurance solutions, and mentor new teammates with patience and purpose.

You’ll manage your own schedule, build long-term client relationships based on trust, and contribute to a respectful, collaborative culture while advancing into leadership and training roles.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in B2B sales or client-facing roles.
• Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust naturally—no pushy tactics needed.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales.
• State Health License or licensing support provided
