Canyon Creek Financial is seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to help local businesses protect their people while mentoring new teammates with patience and purpose. You’ll manage your own schedule, guide others in the field, and build meaningful relationships in a collaborative culture.

You’ll connect with business owners through in-person outreach, present supplemental insurance solutions, and develop long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1 year, minimum, of B2B sales experience or client-facing role
• Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus
• Excellent communicator who builds trust naturally
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales
• State Health License (or willingness to obtain—licensing support and reimbursement provided)
