Canyon Creek Financial LLC. is seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to help local businesses protect their people while mentoring new teammates with patience and purpose.

You’ll manage your own schedule, guide others in the field, and build meaningful relationships—all backed by a respectful, collaborative culture. As an independent contractor, you’ll enjoy autonomy with a clear leadership path, commissions with bonuses, and access to CRM, training, and digital sales

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of B2B sales experience or client-facing role.
• Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus (but not required).
• Excellent communicator who builds trust naturally—no pushy tactics needed.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales.
• State Health License (or willingness to obtain—licensing support and reimbursement provided).
