Job summary

Canyon Creek Financial LLC is seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to help local businesses protect their people while mentoring new teammates with patience and purpose. You’ll manage your own schedule, guide others in the field, and build meaningful relationships in a respectful, collaborative culture.

In this role, you’ll conduct in-person, business-to-business outreach, present supplemental insurance solutions, and develop long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of B2B sales or client-facing role.
• Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust naturally—no pushy tactics needed
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales; licensing support and reimbursement provided
