Canyon Creek Financial LLC is seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to help local businesses protect their people while mentoring new teammates with patience and purpose. You’ll manage your own schedule, guide others in the field, and build meaningful relationships—supported by a respectful, collaborative culture.

In this independent contractor role, you’ll connect with business owners in your community, present supplemental insurance solutions, and mentor new team

Qualifications

• 1 year, minimum, of B2B sales experience or client-facing role.
• Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust naturally—no pushy tactics needed.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales.
• State Health License (or willingness to obtain). Licensing support provided.
