Job summary

Canyon Creek Financial seeks an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to help local businesses protect their people while mentoring new teammates with patience and purpose. You’ll manage your own schedule in a collaborative, supportive culture.

You’ll do in-person outreach to business owners, present supplemental insurance solutions, build long-term client partnerships, and mentor new team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of B2B sales or client-facing experience.
• Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus.
• Excellent communicator who builds trust naturally.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales.
• State Health License or willingness to obtain; licensing support provided.
