Job summary

Canyon Creek Financial is seeking an Insurance Sales Specialist and Training Consultant to empower local businesses with protection for their people while mentoring new teammates. You’ll manage your schedule, build meaningful client relationships, and lead field trainings in a respectful, collaborative culture.

You’ll connect with business owners in person, present supplemental insurance solutions, and model calm confidence with a focus on long-term partnerships. Travel locally as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year, minimum, of B2B sales experience or client-facing role.
• Mentorship or coaching experience is a plus (but not required).
• Excellent communicator who builds trust naturally—no pushy tactics needed.
• Dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-person sales.
• State Health License (or willingness to obtain—licensing support and reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Connect with business owners through in-person outreach.
