AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Los Angeles is seeking a career-minded, service-driven sales professional to join our fast-paced team. You will qualify prospects, quote memberships and personal lines insurance, and help members meet monthly sales goals while delivering legendary service.

You will collect premiums, bind coverage, enter policy data, and respond to underwriting inquiries. The role requires strong communication, proficient MS Office skills, and the ability to pursue cross-selling

Qualificações

• College degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 1-3 years insurance sales preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• Advanced communication skills (written and oral) required.
• Ability to qualify for Personal Lines License and Life Insurance License.
• Competitive sales drive to meet/exceed monthly goals.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify and quote prospects, selling memberships and personal lines insurance products.
• Collect premiums, bind coverage, enter policy data into insurance systems, and respond to underwriting inquiries.
• Develop working knowledge of all policy provisions, rating factors, rules, and systems.
• Follow up with members and insureds and prospect for new business.
• Inspect documentation and resolve membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities; multitask to manage workload.
• Work some evenings, weekends and holidays.
