AYS Group is seeking motivated individuals for a remote life insurance sales opportunity. No prior license is required to apply; licenses can be obtained after onboarding. You will engage prospective clients by phone, explain options, and complete applications with support and training provided.

This is a 1099 contractor role with commission-based pay. Work from home, set your own schedule, and receive ongoing coaching and mentorship to build professional sales skills.

Compensation & Classification
