Olivia Herman Agency in Michigan is seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team. You will develop client relationships, analyze coverage needs, and present tailored solutions for auto, home, renters, life, and more.

We value self-motivation, strong communication, and a proven track record of meeting production goals. Active Michigan P&C license is required; Life & Health is a plus. You can work from home while being appointed in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty license.
• 2+ years insurance sales experience.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed production targets.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Sell and service auto, home, renters, life, specialty products, and more
• Engage with leads via phone, email, text, and online platforms, averaging 80+ calls per day
• Analyze clients insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
• Educate clients on policy options, features, and benefits to ensure understanding and value
• Process applications, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently
• Maintain consistent follow-up habits and detailed documentation in the CRM
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals (40+ items per month)
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused agency culture and shared success
