Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to guide clients through insurance options with clarity and care. You will also mentor your team, helping them succeed while upholding high standards in a B2B and individual sales environment.

In this in-person role, you will build your own book of business, train new team members, and collaborate with management to set goals, track performance, and uphold best practices while delivering exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• Ability to present insurance solutions clearly to business owners and employees.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license; license reimbursement provided.
• Strong mentoring and training abilities.
• Proven sales and client-relationship skills.
