Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to guide clients through options and build trust while mentoring the team. You will drive business development, conduct presentations, and maintain relationships with clients and partners in a dynamic in-person setting.

You will lead training efforts, ensure high standards, and collaborate with leadership to set goals and improve performance. A strong service mindset and integrity are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided)
• Ability to present insurance solutions clearly to groups and individuals
• Strong ethics, integrity, and client care focus

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions clearly and thoughtfully
• Conduct individual consultations and group presentations for teams of various sizes
• Build and maintain your own book of business with careful attention to client needs
• Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance with professionalism and support
• Follow up on leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure a positive experience for every client
• Collaborate with management to set goals, track performance, and uphold best practices
