You will quote, write, and service multi-line policies, set appointments, and maintain records in the agency system. The role offers a base salary plus commissions, with benefits and clear career advancement paths.

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — training and licensing provided
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses

Responsibilities

• Quote, write, and service multi‑line insurance policies as you build a complete insurance skill set
• Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and customer records in the agency system
• Meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals
• Round out existing customer accounts by identifying coverage gaps and cross‑selling during reviews
• Develop new business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow‑ups
• Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately
