Carin Rubin State Farm in Pinetop, AZ is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to get licensed, selling, and servicing. We provide paid training, licensing support, and hands-on coaching across both sales and service so you can build a complete insurance skill set while you earn.

You will quote, write, and service multi-line policies, set appointments, and maintain records in the agency system. The role offers a base salary plus commissions, with benefits and clear career advancement paths.

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — training and licensing provided
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses

Pay range:

$51,000-$70,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
