New to insurance? Claudia Salmon-Getz State Farm in Tempe, AZ will get you licensed, selling, and servicing. We provide paid training, licensing support, and hands-on coaching across both sales and service, so you can build a complete insurance skill set while you earn. Candidates who are fluent or proficient in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Serve Spanish- and English-speaking customers clearly and accurately

Pay range: $55,000-$75,000 per year

This range reflects expected total compensation - including base salary, commissions, and bonuses - when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range.
