State Farm Agency in Magnolia, TX is hiring a full-time Sales Representative. Insurance experience preferred but not required as training is provided. You will develop quotes, present to clients, close sales, build relationships, network, provide prompt client support, and maintain a strong work ethic.

Base salary plus a competitive commission, with potential bonuses and paid training. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent; not State Farm Insurance Companies; licensing

Qualifications

• Requirements include Property & Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
• 1-2 Years of Sales Experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated track record of meeting sales goals and quotas
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed
• Develop ongoing networking relationships
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
