Consolidated Insurance Group in Westerville, OH is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to develop new commercial business, build lasting relationships with business owners, and provide customized insurance solutions.

This role offers a base salary of $50,000-$55,000 with commissions, a hybrid remote work arrangement, renewal pay, and opportunities for equity sharing along with PTO, 401(k), and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Prior commercial insurance sales experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong drive and discipline.
• Solid understanding of commercial insurance products and coverage.
• Ability to confidently present proposals and close business.

Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial insurance business through prospecting and networking.
• Quote, present, and close commercial insurance accounts.
• Build strong relationships with business owners and referral partners.
• Collaborate with account managers and underwriting teams throughout the sales process.
• Manage commercial renewal opportunities.
• Grow the agency's commercial book of business profitably.
• Educate clients on coverage options and risk management strategies.
