Job summary

The Jayne Young Agency is seeking an energetic, self-motivated professional to join our Pinnacle Elite Agency, top 1% of Allstate agencies. We offer a salary plus commissions and bonus opportunities.

All leads are provided, and on-site training is provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Entry-level candidates start with a base salary of $45,000 with typical first-year commissions bringing earnings of $40,000–$50,000; experienced candidates may start at $50,000

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales experience and a proven track record.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty license within 2 weeks; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals by writing new property and casualty insurance from agency-provided leads.
• Follow Jayne Young Agency sales process with all prospects.
• Maintain pipeline in CRM and timely follow-up with prospects.
• Ensure accurate underwriting and e-sign documents for sold policies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of new products and industry rules.

Your main goal will always be to put the prospect’s best interest first in order to properly protect them. We provide consistent on-site training and growth opportunities, as well. All leads are provided by the agency to ensure success. Property and Casualty license not required to apply, but you must have a proven track record of strong sales experience.

Entry-level applicants start with a base salary of $45,000 and average at least $40,000-$50,000 in commissions in their first year.

Experienced candidates start with a base salary of $50,000 and top performers in our agency made $60,000 in additional commission last year.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals and measurables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
• Ensure that the Jayne Young Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
• Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
• Responsible for accurate underwriting.
• Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.

Requirements

Must be willing to obtain your Property and Casualty Insurance license within 2 weeks of job offer. We guide you through this process and reimburse for training materials after 90 day probationary period. Must have high problem solving skills and bring a great attitude to work every day.
