Job summary

Jessica Lyng Agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative in Huntsville, AL to help clients secure the right coverage while achieving sales goals.

You’ll receive a base salary plus commission and bonuses, with year-end earnings historically ranging from $55,000 to over $125,000 for top performers, and a flexible hybrid work option.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have an active Property and Casualty license to be considered.
• Knowledge of Allstate products and brokered home insurance policies preferred.
• Strong sales and persuasion skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and build relationships through outbound calls and warm follow-ups.
• Provide quotes and sell Allstate auto, home, and personal lines policies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Offer tailored coverage recommendations across brokered carrier platforms.
• Proactively manage client renewals and identify cross-selling opportunities.
