Job summary

The Lankford & Battle Agency is seeking a Licensed Outbound Sales Producer to join one of the country’s top-performing teams. You will generate results by advising prospects on property and casualty insurance and following the agency’s sales process. We are looking for self-driven individuals who are “A” players and want to make a great living.

Our work environment is fast-paced, upbeat, and results-driven. You must have your Property & Casualty license.

Qualifications

• Must have a Property & Casualty license.
• Must be available Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Achieve goals by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency.
• Ensure that the Agency Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.
• Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.
• Responsible for accurate underwriting.
• Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.
• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.

Must have your Personal Lines or Property and Casualty Insurance License Prior to Start Date - Interview & Offer can be contingent on passing the exam.
