Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group in Lansing, Michigan seeks a full-time sales professional to grow its insurance and financial product book through community engagement and referrals. You will own sales, service, and policy execution, while leveraging training and tools to meet targets.

Position offers base pay plus incentives, comprehensive benefits, and a ramp-up incentive of 5,000, with opportunities for career growth within a fast-paced AAA branch environment.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling Auto Club Group products.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic branch.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk and quote, bind, and issue policies.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients; respond to inquiries professionally.
• Engage in local branch and community events to prospect and expand referral networks.
