AAA The Auto Club Group in Macomb, MI is seeking a driven Insurance Sales Consultant to manage the sale and ongoing service of insurance products and memberships. You will build a client base, grow the insurance portfolio, and drive referrals through local community engagement.

The role offers a competitive base with incentives, comprehensive benefits, and ramp-up earnings support as you develop your pipeline and achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.
• Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable as deemed necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking).
• Insurance experience is helpful—but not required.
• We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role.

Responsabilités

• Sales, Retention & Revenue Growth: Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a high-traffic ACG branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow ACG’s insurance portfolio, overcome objections, negotiate effectively, close sales, and meet or exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations.
