AAA The Auto Club Group in Petoskey, MI is seeking a full-time Insurance Sales Consultant to own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a busy branch.

The role offers base pay plus performance-based incentives, ramp-up support, and comprehensive benefits; on-site schedule Monday–Friday, with potential weekend hours and local travel.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license (or able to obtain) and Life/Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced, computer-driven environment (e.g., financial/banking).
• We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a busy branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain clients, and meet sales targets.
• Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries promptly, and support high customer satisfaction and loyalty to the AAA brand.
• Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, and identify cross-sell opportunities into Travel and Financial Services.
