Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain the Property & Casualty insurance license through accelerated 10-day licensing program.
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell insurance policies to new and existing customers.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, marketing leads, referrals, and appointments.
• Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional service and educating customers on coverage options.
• Develop product knowledge to recommend appropriate protection solutions.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional products and services.
• Support agency growth through referrals and collaboration with team.
