Nikolai Jump Agency, part of Farmers District 40, seeks an Insurance Sales Advisor to grow new business and advise clients on coverage. You will develop relationships, cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies, and strive to meet individual sales goals.

The role offers base compensation plus uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and ongoing training. Flexible scheduling and potential agency ownership opportunities are available to motivated candidates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence making outbound calls and having sales conversations.
• Goal-oriented mindset with measurable results.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply coaching.
• License preferred or willingness to obtain Licensing.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and following up with leads and referrals.
• Consult with customers to understand insurance needs and recommend coverage.
• Sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through communication, service, and policy reviews.
• Work toward and achieve individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth.
• Follow up with quotes, prospects, and existing customers to identify opportunities.
• Stay current on insurance products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, customer information, follow-ups, and policy activity.
• Participate in team meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions
