You will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their coverage needs, and present tailored Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance options. Training and coaching are provided to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or other performance‑driven environments.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and starting conversations with new people.
• Ability to follow up consistently and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Connect with leads, referrals, and prospects through phone, email, text, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Ask questions to understand client needs and current coverage.
• Prepare quotes and recommend Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance options.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and follow up with prospects.
• Ask for the sale and address questions or objections confidently.
• Build relationships leading to long‑term clients and referrals.
• Cross‑sell coverage to identify gaps in protection.
• Work toward individual production goals and agency targets.
• Keep records of leads, conversations, quotes, and follow‑up activity.
• Participate in ongoing sales coaching and product education.
