Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an in-office Insurance Sales Agent in West Hartford, CT. You will identify customer needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products while building your own referral-based pipeline.

This role requires 2+ years in sales, active or preferred Property & Casualty and Life licenses, and experience with Salesforce, EPIC, and multi-carrier platforms. Commutable to West Hartford, in-person work with robust earning potential through uncapped

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, and act as liaison between client and insurer.
• Develop your own leads through referrals from realtors, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, and AAA member referrals.
• Sell personal lines, small commercial and life insurance products.
