Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Lawrenceville, NJ seeks an Insurance Sales Agent to identify client needs and recommend personal lines, small commercial, and life products. In-office role with eligibility to build a book and earn renewal income.

You will develop your own leads, maintain insurer partnerships, and use Salesforce/EPIC. Base salary is $45k–$52k with uncapped commissions and annual trips.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Active Property & Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platform preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters, and liaise between client and insurer.
• Must be able to develop your own leads through referrals (realtors, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, AAA member referrals).
