AAA Club Alliance is hiring an Insurance Sales Agent in Cincinnati. The role focuses on identifying client needs and offering personal lines, small business, and life insurance products. You will build relationships with carriers and underwriters while generating your own leads from referrals.

The position is in-office, with benefits and a structured onboarding path. Commission is uncapped and earnings potential is highlighted by a first-year target range.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Ability to develop your own leads through referrals.
• Active Property and Casualty License and Life License preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and multiple carriers/rater platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products across personal lines, small commercial, and life.
• Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters; act as liaison between client and insurer.
• Develop your own leads through referrals from realtors, mortgage lenders, car dealerships, businesses and AAA members.
