The Juris Agency in Lawrence, KS is seeking an Insurance Sales Producer to drive new business and build lasting client relationships. You will sell Auto, Home, Life, and Business coverages, using a consultative approach to tailor solutions for each client.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and motivated by income potential and career growth. Prior sales or insurance experience helps, but training and mentorship are provided to help you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• License in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (assistance to obtain).

Mansioni

• Prospect and generate new business through calls, networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Develop relationships with clients and provide customized insurance solutions
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage needs and cross-sell opportunities
• Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance expectations
• Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking
