You will engage with potential clients to understand needs and recommend appropriate coverage across auto, home, renters, life and more.

In this role you’ll generate leads, manage a healthy sales pipeline, and pursue a rewarding long-term career with performance-based earnings.

Formación

• Previous sales, business development, retail sales, hospitality sales, or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for needs-based conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
• Conduct needs-based sales conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products.
• Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into written business.
• Cross-sell multiple product lines to maximize customer value and agency growth.
• Track activity, production, and sales goals.
• Build long-term client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency and industry standards.
