Job summary

Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to guide clients through insurance options and mentor the team. You will build a personal book of business, conduct presentations, and ensure a high standard of client care.

This in-person, business-to-business and individual sales role emphasizes integrity and service. The position offers comprehensive training, draw pay with commissions and bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth, with a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life license or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and trust.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions clearly.
• Conduct individual consultations and group presentations for teams of various sizes.
• Build and maintain your own book of business with client-focused care.
• Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support.
• Follow up on leads and maintain relationships to ensure positive client experiences.
• Collaborate with management to set goals, track performance, and uphold best practices.
