Cleft of the Rock is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative & Trainer to lead client consultations and mentor the team. You will present insurance solutions, build a client base, and train others while upholding high standards in a business-to-business and direct client environment.

The role offers draw pay, commissions, and bonuses with licensing supported if needed, and a Monday–Friday schedule with in-person engagement.

• Ability to build and manage a client book of business.

Responsibilities

• Meet with owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions clearly.
• Conduct consultations and group presentations for teams of various sizes.
• Build and maintain your own book of business with client focus.
• Train and mentor new team members with professionalism and support.
• Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with management to set goals and track performance.
