AAA The Auto Club Group in Lincoln, NE is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to grow the branch's insurance and financial product portfolio through consultative selling and local community engagement.

You will build trust, manage a sales pipeline, and close opportunities while leveraging a ramp-up incentive program and comprehensive benefits. Training provided to help licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the sale and ongoing service of AAA-branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, drive referrals, and meet sales targets.
• Prospect and engage in community events to expand opportunities.
