The Auto Club Group in Lincoln, NE is seeking a results-driven sales professional to grow our insurance and financial services portfolio. You will build relationships, expand referrals, and deliver tailored solutions while earning base pay, commissions, and benefits.

You will leverage training and tools to serve members, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve targets through proactive outreach and community engagement.

Formación

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license or ability to obtain.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license or obtain within 60 days.
• Must qualify, obtain and maintain licenses and appointments for Auto Club Group Membership products.
• High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ year customer-facing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial offerings.
• Conduct insurance reviews, assess risk, identify coverage gaps, bind and issue policies.
• Build rapport with members, respond to inquiries promptly, and foster trust in the AAA brand.
• Prospect locally, engage community events, and expand referral networks.
