AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a relationship-driven sales professional in a fast-paced branch environment. You will sell AAA insurance and financial products, build strong client relationships, and drive referrals through local community engagement.

Base pay plus incentives and full benefits, with ramp-up earnings support during early months to help you grow your pipeline and achieve sales targets.

Formación

• Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable state licenses and appointments for selling Auto Club Group products.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products within a busy branch.
• Conduct insurance reviews, identify coverage gaps, quote, bind, and issue policies per guidelines.
• Build and maintain rapport with members and clients, respond promptly to inquiries.
• Prospect locally, engage with the community, and drive referrals to grow business.
