AAA-The Auto Club Group in the United States is seeking a full-time, hourly sales professional to build a client base for insurance and financial products. The role includes ramp-up earnings support during the first months as you grow your pipeline and book of business.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking).
• Insurance experience is helpful—and not required.
• We provide training to help you get licensed and confident in the role.

Responsibilities

• Sales, Retention & Revenue Growth: Own the sale and ongoing service of ACG‑branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow portfolio, close sales, and meet targets.
• Insurance Reviews & Policy Execution: Conduct insurance reviews, identify coverage gaps, and quote, bind, and issue policies per underwriting guidelines.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries professionally, and support customer satisfaction and trust in the AAA brand.
• Prospecting, Community Engagement & Referrals: Engage in local branch and community events to prospect and develop new business opportunities.
