Job summary

The Auto Club Group (ACG) is hiring for a full-time sales role at our Petoskey, MI branch. You will build relationships, manage sales and service of insurance, memberships, and financial products, and drive growth through referrals in a high-traffic office.

Expect a structured ramp to earnings, licensed sales requirements, and a strong focus on customer discovery, follow-up, and local community engagement to maximize member value.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license.
• Active Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days.
• Must qualify and maintain state licenses and appointments for selling memberships.
• High School diploma or equivalent; 1+ year customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the sale and ongoing service of insurance products, memberships, and financial products.
• Conduct reviews to assess risk, quote, bind, and issue policies per guidelines.
• Build rapport with members, respond to inquiries, support satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prospect and develop referrals through community events and networks.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations.
