The Auto Club Group is seeking Insurance Sales Agents to drive new business, retain members, and grow the insurance book through a range of competitive products. Agents use consultative sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer-focused service to assess needs, recommend coverage, close sales, and build lasting relationships.

Ideal candidates have proven sales experience, licenses as required (Property & Casualty, Life, Health/Accident), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
• Current Life Insurance Sales license required.
• Health and Accident licenses where applicable.
• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs to generate new sales and grow the insurance book.
• Retain existing insureds and achieve sales targets.
• Overcome objections to close sales and expand conversions.
• Conduct insurance reviews to recommend suitable products.
• Engage in market-based outreach to build rapport and network.
