Farmers Insurance The Mountains & Western Colorado is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. You will learn from experienced agents, develop essential skills, and begin a career in insurance with comprehensive training and support.

Base salary starts at $30,000 per year with a performance-based commission and bonuses; top performers can reach $70,000+ annually through on-target earnings and strong sales results.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license is required or in progress.
• Life & Health license is required or in progress.
• Strong sales background preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals.
• Generating insurance quotes and maintaining client relationships.
• Cold call and perform other lead generation activities.
• Assist customers with inquiries and claims processing.
• Shadow experienced agents and participate in training sessions.
