Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our Tennessee team. You will undergo a blended training program with online coursework and hands-on field coaching to build your local territory.

Engage with owners and decision-makers, present tailored insurance solutions, and grow a client portfolio. Salesforce CRM is used to manage leads; success comes from discipline, relationship-building, and a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and develop your client network in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Nurture your own client portfolio and manage referrals.
