Texas Select Insurance Group is hiring a full-time Insurance Sales Representative to join our in-person office in Texas. We provide live transfer leads and paid training, supporting a team-focused, client-first environment.

You will educate clients on policy options, prospect for new business from referrals and warm leads, and build relationships to retain clients and drive sales. The role emphasizes meeting sales goals and staying coachable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of prior sales experience.
• Must be willing to obtain Texas Property and Casualty license and maintain continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service and educate & advise clients on their policies.
• Prospect for new business from referrals, networking, warm leads, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Build client relationships and maintain client retention and product loyalty.
• Meet sales goals and phone time established by management.
