Job summary

Pronto Insurance is seeking a sales-focused professional in Texas to sell our products through local resellers and channels. You will build strong relationships with customers, drive revenue, and manage campaigns while meeting sales goals.

We offer hourly base pay plus commissions and other incentives, with paid training provided. Availability for shifts including weekends and holidays is expected, and licensing support is provided to obtain or upgrade your insurance credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience required; customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Typing and basic computer data capture required.
• Bilingual abilities may be required in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products through resellers/channels in the assigned territory.
• Represent the company in reseller/channel activities.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Create agency campaigns to drive revenue and appreciation.
• Perform cold calls from events.
• Prepare renewal quotes and follow up.
• Handle grassroots marketing daily.
• Monitor daily marketing activities and relationships.
• Attend sales training as needed, in person or virtually.
• Ensure the agency is clean and stocked with materials and supplies.
• Provide reports to MGA and coordinate with managers and departments.
• Direct carrier underwriting guidelines when binding.
• Count money and balance with daily deposits.
• Prepare and make daily or nightly deposits.
• Travel to various locations as needed.
• Meet and surpass sales goals.
• Review engagement metrics like call volume, quotes, closing ratio, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness and Customer is Gold standards.
