Pronto Insurance is hiring Sales Agents to sell auto, home, renters, and commercial insurance through established channels in Texas. No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided and licensing is supported.

Positions require full-time availability, with some weekends and holidays depending on office hours. Competitive compensation includes hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service and sales experience highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services through established channels within your assigned territory.
• Review daily engagement metrics to hit performance targets.
• Execute daily grassroots marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Conduct daily follow-up calls utilizing leads from marketing events.
• Maintain strong business relationships to drive local marketing activities.
• Create and coordinate localized agency campaigns to drive revenue.
