Job summary

Pronto Insurance is seeking Sales Agents in Texas to join our growing network. No prior insurance experience is required; we provide fully paid training and assist with licensing to help you start a successful career in a fast-paced environment.

You will sell auto, home, renters, and commercial products through established channels, review performance metrics, and drive local marketing efforts. This is a full-time, on-site role with weekend shifts and a customer-service focus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required for certain locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry necessary to capture accurate client information quickly.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services through assigned channels.
• Review daily engagement metrics to hit performance targets.
• Execute grassroots marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate sales leads.
• Follow up calls utilizing leads generated from marketing events.
• Establish and maintain strong business relationships to drive local marketing activities.
• Create localized campaigns to drive revenue and foster customer appreciation.
• Maintain client relationships and process renewals.
• Ensure underwriting guidelines are followed when binding business.
• Provide fast, friendly customer service and process payments.
• Handle end-of-shift financial tasks and deposits.
• Keep the agency organized with marketing materials and office supplies.
• Travel to store locations as needed.
