No prior insurance experience is required; we’ll train you. Expect a busy, high-energy inside sales environment with coaching, performance targets, and a clear path to uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Speak with warm leads actively shopping for insurance
• Learn about homes, vehicles, assets, and coverage needs
• Explain coverage options clearly and simply
• Quote and sell home, auto, umbrella and other personal insurance
• Handle questions and objections while guiding customers to best solution
• Cross-sell additional coverages to increase protection
• Follow up with prospects to move the pipeline
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking
