Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, present sales proposals, and close sales.
• Meet new business production goals and objectives.
• Process customer policy changes and secure trailing documents.
• Greet customers entering the office in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Return phone messages promptly and follow up with leads.
• Share training and knowledge with team members.
• Understand underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals.
