ALPA Insurance in Texas is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent for an in-office role. You will help customers with new policies, edits, payments, and renewals while building a client base through marketing and networking with the office team.

The position offers an hourly wage plus uncapped commissions, paid weekly, and comprehensive benefits. Training and licensing assistance are provided to help you grow in your career.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer Service/Insurance Sales Experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required.
• Hold a valid and current Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required).
• Must have reliable transportation for daily marketing.

Aufgaben

• Assist customers with various insurance needs such as new policies, editing existing policies, taking payments, renewing and reinstating policies, and answering questions.
• Inspect vehicles to decide if an insurance risk is acceptable.
• Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking and marketing with the office manager.
• Perform administrative tasks and handle policy renewals, contacting underwriting to complete policies.
• Assist with daily housekeeping routines.
