Cleaver Insurance Agency in Bartonville, Texas is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to help individuals, families, and businesses across Texas understand their insurance needs and choose suitable coverage options.

You will work with prospects and current clients to assess needs, present quotes, and close opportunities using agency-provided leads and modern sales tools. This is a full-time, in-office role with a base salary plus commission and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Sales or customer-service experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain Texas insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Respond to agency-generated leads and identify new sales opportunities.
• Conduct reviews to understand client needs and explain coverage options.
• Prepare and present quotes for personal and commercial insurance products.
• Follow up with prospects, referrals, and clients in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify opportunities to help clients with Home, Auto, Life, and Business insurance.
